Previous professional experience gained in investment banking (Vienna Capital Partners, Rothschild & Co, Santander), specializing in M&A advisory within the TMT sector; complemented with short stints in asset management and consulting. Academic background in law (Jagiellonian University) with a special focus on theory & philosophy of law as well as in corporate finance (Columbia University, Cracow University of Economics)
