Karol Kaczmarczyk

Karol works in MOC as an Analyst. He’s responsible for startups sourcing and evaluation, supporting the investment processes, market research and initial meetings with the founders. Karol graduated SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Cracow University of Economics with a specialization in corporate finance and big data. During his studies he joined a venture capital fund in Cracow where he had an opportunity to invest in and support deep tech sector in Poland. Karol also gained experience in Constellation Software, the biggest M&A vertical software acquirer, as M&A Business Development Executive. He enjoyed talking about software, products, and disruptive technologies. In his free time he enjoys travelling, gaming, and building LEGO sets.
