Anastasiya Navitskaya
Anastasiya is the Office Manager at Market One Capital, where she supports the Partners and team in keeping the fund’s day-to-day operations running smoothly, coordinating internal processes, managing office infrastructure, and supporting events and administrative workflows.
She has a background in linguistics, foreign literature, and hospitality, and has built her experience in international, fast-paced environments. Before joining MOC, she worked with a global customer experience company, starting as a Process Specialist on the HP account and later moving into a Team Manager role. There, she led multilingual teams across EMEA and focused on improving processes, quality, and overall team performance.
Outside of work, Nastia stays close to languages and creative expression. She explores electronic music production, plays the piano, writes poetry, and enjoys dance.
