Anastasiya Navitskaya

Anastasiya Navitskaya is the Office Manager at Market One Capital, where she supports the Partners and team in running the fund’s day-to-day operations and internal processes.

She brings a background in linguistics, foreign literature, and hospitality, combined with experience gained in international, multi-market environments. Before joining MOC, she worked for a global customer experience leader as a Process Specialist on the HP account and later moving into a Team Manager role. In that capacity, she led multilingual teams across EMEA and focused on improving operational processes, quality, and execution at scale.

Outside of work, Nastia remains closely connected to languages and creative expression. She is engaged in electronic music production, piano playing, poetry writing, and dance.
