Anastasia Lisowska

Anastasia is the Office Manager at Market One Capital, where she keeps the fund's day-to-day operations running smoothly. She coordinates internal processes, manages vendors and office infrastructure, and supports the Investment team with event coordination and the administrative work that keeps things running efficiently.

‍Her background spans hospitality, foreign literature, teaching and linguistics, giving her a diverse perspective and a strong ability to communicate and adapt across different environments. Before joining MOC, she spent close to a decade at a global customer experience company, starting as a Process Specialist on the HP Inc. account and later moving into a Team Manager role. There, she led multilingual teams across EMEA with a focus on improving processes, quality, and team performance. Fluent in Polish, English and Russian, she is comfortable working with international teams and managing relationships across a wide range of functions.

‍Outside of work, Anastasia stays close to languages and creative expression: she explores electronic music production, plays the piano and writes poetry.
